I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

My mum is diagnosed and living with dementia and we're just doing our small part to support this cause. From a lively chatty person, her character changed and she's very quiet now, living in her own thoughts with difficulties to verbalise it.
