•  Support Australians impacted by dementia.

How the challenge works

Daily crunches

Each day, we will provide a crunch target on your challenge calendar. You can use this calendar to track your progress.

Crunch your way

No need to be a crunch master to join in! Smash your daily target however it suits you—whether you do them all in one go or sprinkle them throughout the day, it all adds up.

Solo or Crunch Crew

Go it alone or rally your mates, coworkers, school, gym buddies—even your local club! The more crunchers, the better.
