Day 24 Progress Update...

...are we there yet...... 

Exactly 7 day to go.... = 620 crunches to go. Snr Ngwong behind so he has to catch up 185.

Day 21 It's the weekend....

Despite the Scotland vs Morocco lost, the Crunching continued. We have just finished week 3!!

9 days to go of this painful crunching!!   

Day 18.....England played... I need to be fair...

Ngwong individual nations all won their first FIFA group first game. 

Crunching coming along, still not getting any easier....Snr Ngwong catching up and should be back on track by end of week. He's making progress.

Day 16....second half of the month starts..

95 Crunch today. We all struggled today after a long day at work and school. We had to take a break after every 20 Crunches so it took us ages. I wonder what our neighbours are thinking as we sounded like we were being tortured...haha!! 

We are Half way....some of us are doing better....

We are making steady progress. Junior Ngwong is aiming for a 6 pack...since we all only have 1 pack at the moment...
Snr Ngwong is struggling and catching up. 

With FIFA world cup starting has helped, we crunch whilst watching some highlights. 

Watched our individual national teams play, Scotland and the Australia match yesterday - nicely done teams! Only England (boooo :P ) still to play.  

DAY 10....Struggling...

Some days were easier than others....there were days we had to do 130 as the pain was too much....but we've got this! 

Day 1 - Junior kicks it off

We're taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million in the next decades.

With close family and friends with and are affected with Dementia, Aussie Ngwongs are crunching together to raise a little and do our small part for this great cause.
