I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

Dementia doesn’t just take memories. It steals identity. It robs families. It erases legacy.

Right now, over 433,000 Australians are living with dementia. Without a breakthrough, that number could rise to 812,500 by 2058. These aren’t just numbers—they’re parents, partners, teammates, and mates. They’re stories slowly being unwritten.

This cause hits home for me. Alzheimer’s has touched my family more than once—my nanna, multiple aunts. I’ve seen firsthand how it changes everything. Dementia doesn’t discriminate, and it doesn’t wait.

That’s why I’m proud to be taking part in this challenge—alongside some amazing teammates who are also stepping up to raise awareness and support. Every step, every rep, every dollar makes a difference.
