Inspired by the incredible minds we’ve loved (and lost), this team is crunching for a cause.

From planks to push-ups, Russian twists to renegade rows, we’re hitting the mats and raising funds to fight the mind-robbing effects of dementia.

Many of us have seen dementia hit home—nannas, aunties, mates—and it’s why this challenge means so much. But that won’t stop us from having a laugh, throwing out some team banter, and flexing our brainpower for a great cause.

Every rep we knock out is a reminder: memory matters. And if we can raise awareness (and our heart rates) at the same time? Even better.
