I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia
Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
Im doing this for the friends amd family that I know or have known that struggle with this disease. Its the leading cause of death in Australia and I want to do my part to help fight.
Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!
Thank you so much for your support.

Wednesday 24th Jun Less than a week to go! Last push to the end. I know I wont get to the 2500 but every day I have managed roughly 60 and some days more. So for the last push, im aiming for at least 2000. Im currently at 1800 so wish me luck! Share
Half way There
Thursday 18th Jun Halfway through this challenge and im managing to get some crunched in every day. The days that are above 60, Ive struggled with but 60 a day ain't bad. Today as I hear the wind blow outside it reminds me of walking along the pier and standing at the railing looking out at the sea. It also reminds me she was from England and the cold weather they must have there during winter. Share
Day 3 ( June 5th)
Friday 5th Jun Slow start to my crunches today due to work, uni stuff and appts. Managed to get 75 done after I got home from wprl at 9.30pm. Today I was sitting in my car before ky shift and a bird from the tree started flying into my passenger window. Then it landed on driver sode mirror and did the same thing before going to the car on front. Made me think of the birds Nanna bred Share
Day 2 (June 4th)
Thursday 4th Jun Today I started early and did 2 sets. Lost count for the first set but did 36 and then 50. Catching up on the 2 days missed. Today with it raining, it made me think of us walking through the rainforests with Nanna and Grandad back before her diagnosis. Then when she was diagnosed, on one of her good days, walking the dog's and her smiling at the beautiful flowers Share
