Day 3 ( June 5th)

On this cold, wet winter day life got in the way bit we peeservered. The weekends coming up so it's the perfect opportunity tp get some extra crunches in. Doing it for Nanna

Day 1

Today we start our crunch challenge. Our team image and profile pictures are inspired by our Nanna. She bred finches in her averies and was well known in her community for having rare colours. Each profile picture has something different that reminds us of her such as a cockatiel that she also bred, orchids that grandad and nanna grew, a kookaburra for the nature walks she liked and a Schnauzer for her dog training she did

We're taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
