Day 1

Today we start our crunch challenge. Our team image and profile pictures are inspired by our Nanna. She bred finches in her averies and was well known in her community for having rare colours. Each profile picture has something different that remind us of her such as a cocktiel that she also bred, orchids that grandad and nanna grew, kookaburra for the nature walks she liked amd a snauzer for her dog training she did

We're taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
