The Vanina Sisters crunching abs for Dementia Research!

At the age of 56 years young, our beautiful Mum was given the heartbreaking diagnosis of Posterior Cortical Atrophy (a form of Dementia). Our family has never been, and will never be the same again.

It's estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with Dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Currently, there is no treatment or cure - our Mum's diagnosis is terminal.

However, with modern medicine evolving constantly, we have every reason to hold hope for a cure in the future. But like most things in life, this will require funding, and a lot of it!

Anything you can spare to put towards our cause is incredibly appreciated while we endeavour to keep up with this Abs Crunching Challenge.
