I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Some of you may not know that my beautiful Dad has dementia and has recently gone into a Memory Support Unit to get the care and support he needs. It is really difficult to put into words just how hard it is watching someone you love with all of your heart, slowly lose bits of themselves each day, watching them struggle with tasks they could once do easily, when they can’t find the words they need or that feeling of your heart breaking when they don’t know who you are for the first time. 

So to help raise funds for Dementia Australia to assist with research into this insidious disease, I am going to be crunching my way through June. I’d love it if you could support me and crunch with the Calnan’s.
