I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia
Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.
No one is untouched, especially not my family. We have been robbed of some truly amazing women, my Mum, Aunty, Grandmother and Great Aunties.

Time to get the crunch on
Tuesday 1st Jul Happy 1st July!This month my crunches and fundraising is in memory of my dear mum, Aunty and Grandmother who all had dementia.
It’s a disease that robs you of your loved one, each day.
It continues to be the number one killer of woman in Australia and we need more research and trials to end this.
