Crunches Challenge 2026

I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

This month, inspired by my work team and my family, I’m raising money to help reduce that number. I’ll be sharing along the way some special memories of my Nanny Iris.

Thank you so much for your support.

Hello & G’Day!
This month is going to be defined by crunches and memories of Nan. I thought the profile pic was the best image to start with - that was Nanny Iris, big smile, big wave and always happy to see us.

Nan passed in late 2023, but we lost her years earlier. She spent her last days in the old age village she used to work at. One of the “oldies” she used to tell us stories about as we sat in her kitchen drinking tea and reading tea leaves each Thursday.

I’m excited to share some of her stories this month 💜
