Doing it for NAN!

I’m taking part in Crunch for Dementia in honour of my beautiful Nan, who is living with dementia. Watching someone you love slowly change because of this disease is heartbreaking, and it impacts the whole family.

Dementia has changed my Nan and the person she once was. Nan is still here, but her memory has changed, and seeing those changes over time has been incredibly hard for all of us who love her.

I wanted to do something meaningful to help raise awareness, support families going through this journey, and contribute towards research and care for those affected. Every donation no matter how big or small makes a difference.

Thank you so much for supporting me, my Nan, and everyone impacted by dementia.
