I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.

Thinking of those I love that have suffered or are currently suffering from dementia with every crunch. The discomfort (abs) is nothing compared to the pain of watching the ones you love hurt by dementia.

Aiming for 3100 crunches and currently sitting at 1600 with 16 days to go.
