We're taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia
In February this year, our family lost our queen. Our head. Our rock. Our beautiful Jopie, the most wonderful Mum, Oma, Aunty and friend. She lost her battle with dementia which in the last few years took away her spark and her love for life.
Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
