I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia
Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!
Thank you so much for your support.

Tuesday 19th MayThis June, I’ll be taking part in the Crunch Challenge to raise awareness and support for those affected by dementia. Every crunch I complete will be for the families navigating the confusion, heartbreak, resilience, and unconditional love that comes with this disease.
For me, this challenge is deeply personal. It’s for the dearly loved family members who have been impacted by dementia and for every family currently walking this journey. It’s for the carers who show up every single day with patience and strength, and for the memories we hold close even when dementia tries to take them away.
The Crunch Challenge is a small way I can honour those affected while also helping bring attention to a condition that impacts so many Australians. Throughout June, I’ll be pushing myself physically while keeping the bigger purpose in mind — supporting research, awareness, and hope for a future where fewer families have to experience the pain dementia causes.
If you know someone living with dementia or caring for a loved one through it, know that you are not alone. This challenge is for you too.
Thank you to everyone who supports me throughout June. Together, we can help make a difference — one crunch at a time.
