I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

This cause is one very close to my heart. My beautiful Gran has been suffering from this disease for the past 5 years now. Watching her slip away slowly mentally & physically from us is heartbreaking.

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
