Crunches Challenge 2026

I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!

Thank you so much for your support.

Our family and dementia

Thursday 4th Jun
As many of you know, our Dad was diagnosed with dementia a couple of years ago. It’s a horrible disease and seeing his confusion, memory loss and seeing the loud and proud man that he is slowly diminish has been really tough for him, and all of us that know and love him. The fear of knowing what is coming for him (as his dad also passed away with dementia) is one of the reasons we want to raise money for this foundation - it’s a horrible disease that slowly attacks the mind and strips away parts of the person you know and love. Please donate if you can 🩵
