Crunches Challenge 2025

I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.

Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!

Thank you so much for your support.

Supporting younger people with dementia

Tuesday 15th Jul
Earlier this year, I was saddened to hear of the loss of a friend to dementia.

Another family friend of mine was recently diagnosed and can no longer live at home. The only option is an aged care facility. I wish there were more options available for people to receive care when they are diagnosed at a younger age.

Dementia is a disease which has, and may sadly affect many of us. Either personally, or friends and family members. That’s why I’m raising money for dementia, to enable further research, and provide support for those living with the disease.

Thank you for your gift
