I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia in honour of my Dad who suffered amongst other things Vascular Dementia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
