I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Yahoo, I did it, 2,500 crunches during the month of June. A wonderful fundraiser that's close to my heart, just need some more great people to help me reach my target ,or even exceed the target and in doing so you are helping this great cause, thanks to everyone that has shown support.

Another week,  600 done, 9 days to go, donations have been a bit slow, hopefully as I near the end of the challenge they will increase, feeling really strong, especially knowing that my mum's birthday would of been this weekend, dementia took her away, cheers.

Second week completed, another 560, for a total of 980, feeling strong, saw a picture of my dear mum at a footy reunion on the weekend, who along with dad suffered this disease and i am determined to see this challenge through and raise as much as I can,  cheers.
