Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Dementia crunches challenge

Monday 15th Jun
Second week completed, another 560, for a total of 980, feeling strong, saw a picture of my dear mum at a footy reunion on the weekend, who along with dad suffered this disease and i am determined to see this challenge through and raise as much as I can,  cheers.
