This challenge is personal for me. I’m completing the Crunches Challenge to raise money for Dementia Australia in honour of my mum, who is living with dementia. This disease impacts not only the person diagnosed, but entire families who walk beside them

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
