For Our Anne ❤️

We’re taking on the Crunches Challenge this June as a family, in memory of our beautiful Anne.

She was a strong, loving, independent woman who meant so much to all of us. Dementia took her from us far too soon, and this challenge is our way of honouring her life, her strength, and the love she gave us.

Dementia is more than forgetting names. It is slowly losing someone you love while they are still right in front of you. It is heartbreaking, misunderstood, and deserves so much more awareness, research, and support.

Every crunch we do is for Anne, and for every family living through the pain of dementia.
