I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia, in memory of my beautiful Grandma.

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
