In memory of my beautiful Nan, I’m taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

My beautiful Nan passed away from dementia in March this year, and we miss her beautiful soul every day so taking on this challenge to help raise money for those living with dementia and their families.

Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.

Together we can make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!
