I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Here I go again 😁. I am not asking for donations as I ve already been support on my walking fundraiser for sick children and young adults. I will donate my target as the month progresses. I would rather spend that amount of money on a fundraiser then at a gym. So look out abs ..your about to get smashed 😂😂.
