I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

I'm doing this for my Mum, who sadly suffers from this horrible condition. I would love to see one day a treatment or even a cure to help those in the future.
