I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Right now, it’s estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia, and without significant intervention, that number is expected to rise to over 1 million by 2065.

This cause is especially close to my heart, as my nana — who I love and share a very close bond with — is living with dementia. She has been my inspiration to take part in this challenge.
