Crunches Challenge 2025

I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.

Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!

Thank you so much for your support.

Here we go!

Wednesday 25th Jun
I've done a lot of walking this year - even some running. However I kinda forgot about the core! So for the month of July I will be doing at least 2500 crunches and raise funds and awareness for Dementia Australia.

My (fl)abs and I would really appreciate if you could add your support to my fundraising target. You could also join me crunching during July.

Dementia is a serious health issue in our community and many of us, myself included have been affected by family or friends being diagnosed with dementia. In addition to the health issues, many of us have been involved in the care of family or friends with this condition which is complicated and can also be stressful.

Thank you for your gift
