I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Crunch challenge for my mum đź’—

Sunday 31st May
Tomorrow is the day I will start my 100 crunches every day for the whole month of June . It’s a challenge that will make me hurt but it actually won’t hurt as much as watching my mum fade away with dementia. So watch this space and I promise I will post not every day but when I can .
