I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia
Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!
Thank you so much for your support.

My Updates
Day 11 to Day 16
Tuesday 16th Jun I’ve missed a few posts, been a little busy, but I’ve kept up with the crunches. I did only do 50 on 12th but have made up for it so I’m back on track. After this mornings exercises I’m down to 1100 to go. Share
Day 9&10
Wednesday 10th Jun Staying strong with my 100 a day. Although I felt like sleeping in this morning. 💤
Day 7&8
Monday 8th Jun So day 7 was a semi rest day. I didn’t do crunches but I did help family move house. 😃 so I still got some exercise in haha.
Days 5&6
Saturday 6th Jun Missed posting yesterday. Thought I’d combine two days in the one post. So yesterday and today did 100 each which brings the count down to 1900.
Day 4
Thursday 4th Jun A little rushed this morning but still managed to get my daily 100 done before work. 😃 only 2100 to go haha Share
Day 3 update
Wednesday 3rd Jun Well I managed to get the last 40 crunches in despite a long day of work. Woot still on track with my 100 per day.
Day 3
Wednesday 3rd Jun Well day 3 was slightly interrupted by my cat. She came sat on my stomach. And like any cat owner knows, when your is on your lap or in this case my stomach, you don’t move. 🤣
