Crunches Challenge 2026

Fighting Dementia One Crunch at a Time

Right now, nearly half a million Australians are living with dementia, and sadly that number could grow to more than 1 million people by 2065 if we don’t find better support, treatment, and care.

I’m doing this for my Nanny, who we lost to dementia. Watching someone you love slowly lose pieces of themselves is something no family ever forgets. Dementia doesn’t just affect one person — it touches entire families, leaving memories, heartbreak, and moments we wish we could hold onto forever. That’s why this means so much to me.

So I’m taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia — to help raise awareness, support families, and contribute towards research and care for those impacted by dementia.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, truly makes a difference and means so much to me and so many others facing this heartbreaking disease.

Thank you so much for your support 💚
