Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Remembering Dad

I took part in the July 2025 Crunch Challenge as a way to support Dad after his recent diagnosis.

On July 30, as the challenge reached its conclusion, Dad passed away.

I'll continue to participate in this challenge as a means to remember Dad.
