Sarah's 5km a Day
I'm raising funds for people with dementia and the incredible network of carers and supporters who walk this journey alongside them. This cause is personal to me—my family has experienced firsthand the invaluable support that Dementia Australia offers.
Throughout November, I’ve committed to 5km exercise every day, whether by bike or on foot, not only to raise funds but also to keep myself strong in both body and mind. Exercise is one of the best ways to reduce dementia risk, and it keeps me motivated knowing that I’m actively working for a healthier future while supporting a community that is vitally important.
Dementia Australia provides essential services like free counselling, family carer education, and a 24-hour helpline that offers advice and guidance to carers when they need it most.
Every dollar you donate goes directly toward these life-changing resources for those affected by dementia and their families.
