My story

Sunday 24th May
My Dad was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia 5 years ago and has deteriorated over the time. He has good days and bad days. The disease has affected his mobility and it’s a real struggle for him to get around much now. I’m doing this to help raise funds to get continued support and care for dementia patients.
