I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

My Grandpa battled with dementia but sadly passed away last year. I'm taking part in this challenge for him, and for everyone else who is affected by this disease.
