I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia
In March this year I lost my dear mum, Charlotte, to Alzheimer’s, and then in April lost my Aunty (dad’s side) to Alzheimer’s too.
With dementia being the largest killer of Australian women I am hoping to raise some funds for research and supports.
