I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for my mum
Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.

2500 - made it!!!
Wednesday 30th Jul What a challenge but more importantly what an important cause. Mum always wanted to volunteer for any study that would help find a cure or better treatment for dementia. Mum often asked if there’d be a cure in time for her and knowing there wouldn’t be still wanted to contribute to ensure things were better for me and all the others coming behind her. Love you mum!
