I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

First of all, crunches HURT. 
Second, I'm trying to set myself a goal to do 4,465 crunches over the 30 days for the estimated 446,500 people in Australia who are living with Dementia.  Let's see how we go hey.
