This June, I’m taking on the Crunches Challenge for Dementia Australia in memory of my beloved dad, who sadly lost his fight against this horrible disease.

Dementia affects so many families, and watching someone you love go through it is heartbreaking. I’m doing this challenge to honour Dad, raise awareness, and support the incredible work being done for those living with dementia and their families.
