Had the best month inspite of my illness for a week - finishing the challenge with 3150 crunches, feeling fitter and stronger! Thankyou for all the support that I got - feel the love and support, and I am very lucky and grateful.

Thank you for all the support - closing the day with 70 crunches! Goal is to do 100 a day - not there yet, but want to do 2500 at least this month and beat it if possible to achieve 3100! Wish me luck and thank you for all the support
