In memory of Glenyth Margaret Burrus

By Natalie Hatch

I am raising funds for Dementia Australia in memory of my loved one.

Glenyth Margaret Burrus was a vibrant, loving, kind and graceful woman. She lived a wonderful and full life with her loved ones, touching people and leaving her mark on the world.

However, Glen was unfortunately one of the many Australians who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, a disease that took away her control over her final years. Dementia is estimated to be affected more than 400,000 Australians today and is the second leading cause of death in Australia.

The Hatch & Wardell-Burrus family kindly thank you for your donation to Alzheimer's research. This research is fundamental to giving future generations more time by slowing progression, providing improved treatment and care options and creating hope for potential treatments and a cure.
