I'm taking on the 5km a Day Your Way challenge for Dementia Australia this November.
Currently, it is estimated that more than 421,000 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.
This is a disease which is very close to my heart losing my Nana and Grandad to this was the hardest thing I've had to go through. I want to spread awareness about this and hopefully make a difference so less people in the future have to go through the tough path of Dementia
