I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia
Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!
Thank you so much for your support.

Why I'm Taking on This Challenge
Wednesday 3rd JunThis month, I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge to raise funds for Dementia Australia.
This cause is particularly close to my heart because my granny lived with dementia. Seeing the impact dementia had on her and on our family has given me a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by people living with the condition and those who care for them every day.
That's why I've decided to take on this challenge. It's not just about completing crunchesβit's about raising awareness, showing support, and helping fund the vital services, advocacy, education, and research that make a difference in the lives of people affected by dementia.
Over the coming weeks I'll be working through the challenge one crunch at a time. If you're able to donate, no matter the amount, I'd be incredibly grateful. Every contribution helps support people living with dementia and their families.
Thank you for your support and encouragement! Together, we can help ensure no one faces dementia alone.Β
