I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia
Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Wednesday 10th Jun Dementia is a devastating disease that affects not only the person living with it, but also the family members and loved ones who care for them.It is incredibly difficult to witness how quickly the disease can progress and how limited the treatment options still are. Many carers receive little support unless they meet strict government criteria, while facing growing emotional, physical, and financial challenges.
By taking part in the Crunches Challenge, I'm hoping to make a small contribution towards a future with better support, improved treatments, and ultimately a cure. If you're able to, please consider donating to this very important cause.
