I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia
Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.
Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!
Thank you so much for your support.

In Memory of My Beautiful Mum 💜
Sunday 22nd JunTwo years ago, I lost my beautiful mum to dementia — a cruel and heartbreaking disease that slowly takes away the person you love.Â
I'm taking on this challenge in her memory, and I know she'd be right there beside me, laughing at my attempts at crunches and cheering me on.
This challenge is for her — and for every family affected by dementia. It's a way to remember her with love, laughter, and purpose, and to support vital research and care for others living with this devastating condition.
Every donation helps, and every laugh we share in her honour means the world. 💜
