Crunches Challenge 2026

I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!

Thank you so much for your support.

Tturning heartbreak into purpose

Thursday 21st May
Dementia has affected my family personally, as my grandfather is living with the condition. Watching someone you love change over time is incredibly difficult, and it has shown me how important support and awareness really are.

To help raise money and awareness, I’m taking on a personal challenge to support Dementia Australia.

Donations help provide support services, advocacy, education, and research for people living with dementia and their families.

If you’re able to donate or share this post, I’d be so grateful. Every contribution makes a difference.

Thank you for your gift
