I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

My mum had early onset Dementia for 10+ years. It’s an awful disease that slowly steals the person you knew but it can’t change your love for them.  I’d love for more understanding of why people develop Dementia and how to stop it.

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
