I’m taking part in Crunch for Dementia in honour of my beautiful Nan, who is living with dementia. Watching someone you love slowly change because of this disease is heartbreaking, and it’s something that impacts not only the person diagnosed, but the entire family.

I wanted to do something meaningful to help raise awareness, support families going through this journey, and contribute towards research and care for those affected. Every donation will make a difference.
