My beautiful nana was diagnosed with dementia. She has suffered memory loss for years now, but is at the stage where she no longer remembers me anymore. It such a horrible disease. I will be taking on Crunch July to help raise funds for Dementia Australia

For me personally I think Dementia is absolutely horrible and one of the worst diseases. For the person (in my situation my nana) at the start- they know that they are forgetting things, they KNOW that they are confused. And then it just gets worse and worse, my nana no longer remembers me anymore. She isn’t the person I know my nana to be.
