I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia.

My Dad suffered from dementia and sadly passed away in 2024. Now we support our friends whose parents or loved ones are facing this horrible disease. Please donate if you can to a great cause.

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
