I have been inspired to participate in this challenge by my dear friends Colleen & Penny who support their loved ones with Dementia, a heartbreaking disease.

Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.
